Roles and Responsibilities- General and Specific

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uphold Core Values of the Organization
• Coordinates with YES Personnel Efficiently
• Completes Weekly Projections
• Completes Proper Safety Requirements and Paperwork in a Timely Manner
• Treats Tools, Vehicles and Equipment with Respect
• Maintain Organization/Weekly Plan

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lays out and Organizes Assigned Tasks to 1st and 2nd year Apprentices
• Mentors Employees
• Completing Proper Safety Requirements and Paperwork
• Digs Trenches as Needed
• Trims outlets, Recessed Cans and other Repetitive Finish Work
• Installs Raceways, Pulls Wire, and Mounts Equipment
• Performs Duties as Assigned by Lead Personnel
• Assists Electricians by Performing Tasks Under the Direct Supervision of an Electrician
Qualifications and Education Requirements

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Takes Responsibility for their Education through the Apprenticeship Program
• High school diploma or equivalent
